If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price when you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund amount does not include any shipping charges. Items must be unopened, in new condition and returned in original shipping containers. Please note we cannot refund any of our food, pet food or drinking water products. Please contact us via email with your Sales Order number at info@safetycitystore.com before returning any items and include your name and reason for return. Persons with orders that are returned to us or refused by the customer must provide this information to be processed or accepted for refund. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Ship the items back to us via pre-paid UPS or U.S. Mail. We will refund shipping costs on items we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part.

After receiving the items, we then refund your credit card for the amount of the order less any non refundable shipping charges.

Orders may be cancelled provided the credit card holder contacts us before the order is shipped and provides the Sales Order number.
