Safety City currently ships only to addresses within the United States & does not ship to PO Boxes. Safety City currently ships only by UPS Ground which charges by the weight of the package. Safety City currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for online payment. Please contact us for Purchase Order handling or other payment arrangements.

 

All order billing information and shipping information must contain valid postal addresses, valid email addresses and valid phone numbers.

 

Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the checkout page. This email address will be used to notify you of your order confirmation number. You will also be emailed the tracking number(s) for your order on the day your order is ready to ship.

Limitation of Liability

 

Safety City, Inc. is not responsible for untimely, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected addresses entered by the customer, computer system malfunctions of any kind no matter what the cause, or phone line disruptions. Any order not received by reason of failure of electronic equipment, computer hardware, computer software or computer system, or from any other error, failure or delay whether or not due to human or technical flaws and whether or not the fault of Safety City, Inc. or a third party shall not be considered.

 

Refusal of Delivery

 

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by Safety City, Inc. and, additionally, the price of any food, pet food or drinking water products which we do not restock. After receiving the package in our warehouse we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the order for the purchase price less the price of any food, pet food or drinking water products less the shipping charges.
